Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is one of the oldest cultivated culinary herbs on the planet — used for over 3,000 years across Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Indian, and North African kitchen traditions. The warm, maple-like aroma is unmistakable, and it’s one of the strongest appetite-catching scents known to horses. That aroma also makes fenugreek a reliable “bridge” ingredient for picky eaters or horses transitioning between feeds. Human-grade, organically sourced, one pure ingredient.
